The Sedona International Film Festival is partnering with Village of Oak Creek Association to present its “Movies on the Move” outdoor film experience on Mondays throughout the summer. \nJoin us on Monday\, Sept. 14 when we present “The First Wives Club” outdoors at the Village of Oak Creek Association Park\, next to the clubhouse.  \nIn the 1996 comedy “The First Wives Club”\, three divorced college friends — Annie\, Elise\, and Brenda (Bette Midler\, Goldie Hawn\, Diane Keaton) — reunite at a funeral. They realize their wealthy ex-husbands left them for younger women\, so they team up to exact financial and personal revenge\, ultimately reclaiming their independence. \n“The First Wives Club” was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Musical Score for Sedona Film Festival honoree Marc Shaiman. \nBring your lawn chair or blanket and relax in front of a massive outdoor movie screen. Enjoy food and beverage offerings from the festival’s “Movies on the Move” mobile concession stand.  \n“The First Wives Club” will be shown outdoors at the VOC Association Park (690 Bell Rock Boulevard in the Village of Oak Creek) on Monday\, Sept. 14 at dusk.
