Outdoor Film: The 40-Year-Old Virgin

The Sedona International Film Festival is partnering with The Wilde Resort in West Sedona to present its “Movies on the Move” outdoor film experience — “Wilde Wednesdays” Cinema Under the Stars — every Wednesday in the summer season!

This is the summer of romantic comedies at The Wilde! Join us on Wednesday, July 29 as we present “The 40-Year-Old Virgin” in The Grove Fire Pit Garden at The Wilde Resort and Spa.

“The 40-Year-Old Virgin” features an all-star ensemble cast, including Steve Carell, Catherine Keener, Paul Rudd, Seth Rogan, Elizabeth Banks and Jane Lynch.

Andy Stitzer (Steve Carell) is a sweet 40-year-old introvert who plays video games and collects action figures. When his retail co-workers learn he has never had sex, they make it their mission to help him. Things get complicated when he falls for a single mother who wants to wait.

Bring your lawn chair or blanket and relax in front of a massive outdoor movie screen. Enjoy food and beverage offerings from The Wilde Resort and fun movie concessions.

“The 40-Year-Old Virgin” will be shown outdoors at The Wilde Resort and Spa (2250 W. State Route 89A in West Sedona) on Wednesday, July 29 at dusk. Seating will begin at 7 p.m. Parking is free and available at The Wilde Resort and Spa.

Tickets are only $10 each, and kids 12 and under are free of charge.
