Outdoor Film: Crazy, Stupid, Love.
The Sedona International Film Festival is partnering with The Wilde Resort in West Sedona to present its “Movies on the Move” outdoor film experience — “Wilde Wednesdays” Cinema Under the Stars — every Wednesday in the summer season!
This is the summer of romantic comedies at The Wilde! Join us on Wednesday, June 17 as we present “Crazy, Stupid, Love.” in The Grove Fire Pit Garden at The Wilde Resort and Spa.
“Crazy, Stupid, Love.” (2011) is a hit romantic comedy-drama that explores the messy, unpredictable nature of relationships.
Cal Weaver (Steve Carell) is living the American dream. He has a good job, a beautiful house, great children and a beautiful wife, named Emily (Julianne Moore). Cal’s seemingly perfect life unravels, however, when he learns that Emily has been unfaithful and wants a divorce. Over 40 and suddenly single, Cal is adrift in the fickle world of dating. Enter, Jacob Palmer (Ryan Gosling), a self-styled player who takes Cal under his wing and teaches him how to be a hit with the ladies.
Bring your lawn chair or blanket and relax in front of a massive outdoor movie screen. Enjoy food and beverage offerings from The Wilde Resort and fun movie concessions.
“Crazy, Stupid, Love.” will be shown outdoors at The Wilde Resort and Spa (2250 W. State Route 89A in West Sedona) on Wednesday, June 17 at dusk. Seating will begin at 7 p.m. Parking is free and available at The Wilde Resort and Spa.
